Yes! All of our moves include comprehensive insurance coverage for your belongings. We take the protection of your items very seriously. During your quote consultation, we can discuss coverage options and answer any specific questions about what's protected.

Our rates are calculated based on several factors: the distance of your move, the volume/weight of your belongings, the complexity of the move, and any additional services you require (packing, storage, etc.). During your free quote, we'll break down all costs so you understand exactly what you're paying for.
Absolutely! We offer professional packing services where our experts carefully pack your belongings using quality materials to ensure maximum protection. You can choose full packing, partial packing, or just rent packing supplies from us. Our team knows how to properly pack delicate items, electronics, furniture, and more.
Yes! We offer temporary and long-term storage solutions for situations where you need to store your belongings between moves. Our facilities are climate-controlled and secure. We can arrange storage for a few days, weeks, months, or longer depending on your needs.
Yes! Our team can carefully disassemble your furniture for safe transport and reassemble it in your new location. We keep all hardware organized and take photos during the process to ensure accurate reassembly. This service is included in most of our moving packages or available as an add-on.
Before Your Move
Here are the key steps: (1) Declutter and get rid of items you don't need, (2) Create an inventory of what you're moving, (3) Notify utilities, subscriptions, and important contacts of your address change, (4) Schedule your move well in advance, (5) Gather packing materials or use our packing service, (6) Prepare a moving day essentials box, and (7) Confirm details with us 48 hours before your move.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials including: flammable liquids, explosives, perishable foods, live plants or animals, firearms, or items that violate transportation regulations. We also avoid moving valuable items like jewelry or important documents unless special arrangements are made. Please inform us of any special items during your quote consultation.
We recommend booking your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season (May-September). However, we understand that sometimes moves happen on short notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline. The sooner you book, the better selection of dates and times you'll have available.
While it's helpful if you're available, it's not always necessary. If you can't be there, make sure someone authorized is present to provide access and answer questions about the move. You should be available before and after the move to do a final walkthrough and ensure all your items have been loaded/unloaded correctly.
Schedule disconnections and connections with your utility companies at least 2-3 weeks before your move. Contact: gas, electric, water, internet/cable, and any other services. We recommend scheduling the disconnect for the day after your move and the connection for the day before or the day of your move. Keep confirmation numbers for reference.
During Your Move
Our team will arrive at the agreed time with our moving truck and equipment. They'll inspect your items, confirm the inventory, and begin loading carefully. We use proper techniques and padding to protect your belongings. The duration depends on the size of your move (typically 2-6 hours). Once everything is loaded, we'll transport it to your new location and unload with the same care.
Move duration varies based on size and complexity. Local moves typically take 2-6 hours depending on the volume of items. Longer-distance moves may take a day or longer if not completed in one trip. We'll provide you with a time estimate during your quote consultation. Complex moves with heavy furniture or specialized items may take longer.
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, accidents can happen. All moves include comprehensive insurance coverage. If an item is damaged, please report it immediately to your moving team or contact us within 24 hours. We'll work with you and our insurance to resolve the claim quickly and fairly. Documentation is important, so keep photos and receipts when possible.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your move. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid penalties. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled move, cancellation fees may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll work with you to find a new date if you need to reschedule.
Yes, we need accessible parking for our moving truck at both your old and new locations. Ideally, we'd like parking within 20-30 feet of the building entrance. If parking is tight, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for proper permits or plan accordingly. Restricted parking or difficult access may add time to your move.
After Your Move
For local moves, items typically arrive on the same day. The exact delivery time depends on distance, load size, and traffic. For longer-distance moves, delivery times vary. We'll provide you with an estimated delivery window and contact you before arriving at your new location. If you need items on a specific date, let us know during your quote consultation.
Yes! We offer full unpacking services where our team will unpack your boxes, break down boxes, and organize your items as you direct. We can also offer partial unpacking of fragile items or furniture. Unpacking services save you time and effort after your move. Ask about our unpacking packages during your quote consultation.
We can remove leftover packing materials for you if requested. Boxes can often be recycled or reused. We can arrange proper disposal or recycling of materials, and we even offer a box buy-back program if you'd like to recover some money. Just let us know your preference, and we'll handle it professionally.
